We're here to help. Currently all our products are hand assembled right here in Florida. Sometimes we make mistakes too, just let us know and we'll make it right!

Shark Radios warranty policy ensures that your product is free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase from an Authorized Dealer.

3D printing is never 100% perfect and subtle differences will always be found from print to print. All 3D printed product warranties are subject to a reasonable industry average FDM print quality. Still, we strive to wow you with our high standards!

Normal wear and tear is excluded from our warranty. However, if you've gotten a ton of use out of our products and need a replacement to continue your adventures, get in touch and we might be able to help you out. At the end of the day, we want you to enjoy our products and we want them to last.
